The Course is quite enticing and challenging for golfers of all skill levels. It offers varied topography, a pond, and the Vivien Creek as natural enhancements/obstacles at the fairways.
The partially-covered driving range in Fraserview has 36 stalls, allowing golfers to keep practising even in a drizzle. For more practice, there are putting greens and CPGA professionals ready to serve you a golf lesson.
This golf course is administered by the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation. Therefore, its sister golf courses are Langara Golf Course and McCleery Golf Course. Pitch and Putt golf courses administered by the VBPR are Queen Elizabeth Park Pitch and Putt, Stanley Park Pitch and Putt, and Rupert Park Pitch and Putt.

Brutal pace of play (5-5.5 hrs), ridiculous green fees, chewed up/ un-repaired greens, inept staff of kids calling themselves pros but knowing zip about the business of golf, low-rent/low skill players that don’t speak english so that you can’t even communicate to them to pick up their ball and step aside, useless marshals, poor range balls…
If you’re a hack beginner that loves all that, then Fraserview is for you. If you take your golfing pleasure seriously, drive right on by this place…
Thank you for your contribution, Ice.
I wonder why you think that 5.5 hours is not enough for the 18 holes?
Also, $30-$40 seems a reasonable fee for a full-length course in the middle of the city. You could easily play golf $150 on another course.
Can you please elaborate on your unsatisfactory experiences? I bet others would like to know more!
