Westwood Plateau became a golfing destination as recently as 1995. A part of the Club is the Westwood Plateau Golf Academy. Westwood Plateau golfing is located in Coquitlam's Eagle Mountain, no further than 40 minutes from downtown Vancouver. This is a public 18-hole golf course (with a total of 27 distinct holes when combined with the executive Academy course).

Westwood Plateau is considered to have one of the best views over Coquitlam. The lack of traffic, the relative distance from the airport combined with the dress-code: you can be sure Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club will leave a lasting golfing impression on you.

After a round of golf, you can enjoy food from the local grill, or hop over to the Golf Academy's Hazards Restaurant. If you are hungry for more than just food, the Country Club will gladly help you organize a wedding, corporate meetings or a banquet.
